Responsibilities:

  • Participate in multiple full life cycle implementations of XI/PI, including post-production support and upgrade projects.
  • Work with PO 7.5 Single Stack Java (AEX) using various adapters such as IDOC_AAE, SOAP, JDBC, EDI, B2B, SFTP, and PGP Module provided by SAP.
  • Perform detailed analysis of SAP PI 7.1 and lead migration efforts from Dual Stack to Single Stack (Java) PO 7.4.
  • Configure process modeling using BPMN and IFlows in NWDS (NetWeaver Developer Studio).
  • Design and implement integrations involving various protocols and adapters, including SOAP, REST, IDOC, RFC, Mail, JDBC, JMS, RNIF, HTTPS, File, SFTP, SuccessFactors, Salesforce, and EDI.
  • Apply strong understanding of SOA, object-oriented analysis, design, and client/server systems.
  • Explore and utilize new capabilities of PO 7.4, such as Component Based Message Alerting, SFTP Adapter Configurations, IFlows in Eclipse toolbox, graphical variables, Function Libraries, XPI Inspector, etc.
  • Develop mappings using Graphical, XSLT, ABAP, and JAVA mapping technologies.
  • Involve in handling webMethods Business Process Integration and IBM Integration Bus.
  • Monitor messages, analyze issues, and fix defects using message monitoring tools.
  • Apply good working knowledge of SD, MM, PP, QM, WM, FICO, and EAM modules within SAP.
  • Work with BAPIs, RFCs, ALE, IDocs, ABAP reports, Forms, BDCs, User Exits, Module Pool, Workflow, and forms.
  • Utilize ESB/Middleware concepts and technologies, messaging patterns, and SAP Error Handling frameworks like Application Interface Framework (AIF).
  • Recommend and implement EAI and Integration-Centric SOA Architectures using SAP PI/XI, leveraging best practices and integration design patterns.
  • Provide critical support to various projects and clients across Delivery Units, including offering solutions, suggestions, temporary assistance, trainings, and boot camps.
  • Engage in requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, status tracking, monitoring, and quality processes.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
