Responsibilities:

  • Managing configuration and resolving issues within a complex environment incorporating products from Palo Alto, SD-WAN Viptela, CISCO, and Meraki.
  • Handling configuration and troubleshooting of various Cisco devices, including routers such as 7513, 7206, 2900, 1800, 800, and switches like 6500, 4500, 3850, 2960, as well as Wireless Controllers such as Cisco 2504, 3504, and 5520.
  • Handling configuration and troubleshooting tasks related to CISCO Meraki MS390 Switches, MR Series wireless devices, IP routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
  • Configuring CISCO switches, VLANs, STP, VTP, Ether channels, and redundancy protocols like HSRP, VRRP, and GLBP.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Dmvpn, IPsec tunnels, and GRE tunnels.
  • Proficiency in working with network monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Netflow, Wireshark, and Rapid 7 firewall log analysis.
  • Engaging in migration, infrastructure refresh activities, and handling incidents and change tickets.
  • Utilizing tools such as CISCO Prime, Logic Monitor, Wireshark, PRTG, and Service Now in daily tasks.
  • Collaborating closely with CISCO TAC for issue analysis and resolution.
  • Managing network security design, administration, implementation, and maintenance of FORTIGATE 500D, 300D, and 100D, as well as the installation of Cyberoam (Sophos UTM).
  • Experienced in AWS and Azure Cloud infrastructure from network architecture designing, configuration to administration.
  • Handling infrastructure automation and sustain resiliency using tools such as Ansible, Puppet and Chef.
  • Involve with working on CISCO Devnet, Powershell and Python.
  • Creating implementation documents and designs using MS Visio.
  • Providing L2/L3 support for both production and internal networks by collaborating with other IT teams, including the Server team, Setup team, and application team, to troubleshoot and isolate network problems. Additionally, collaborating with the Network Architect on network redesign efforts to meet specific requirements.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
