• Participate in story grooming sessions and coordinate offshore development activities.
• Demonstrate strong software development expertise in Java 8 and above.
• Apply knowledge of microservices architecture, with a focus on Spring Boot and Spring Batch.
• Define and apply design standards, patterns, and quality metrics suitable for the solutions.
• Utilize experience in technologies such as Kubernetes, NoSQL, and Kafka.
• Write high-quality code with full automated unit test coverage to ensure code integrity.
• Demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
• Showcase strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
