Responsibilities:

  • Configure Azure AD Connect, setting up virtual machines, manage storage accounts, and oversee Azure resource groups.
  • Apply hands-on expertise in Azure Development, focusing on various Azure services such as Azure web applications, App Services, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, Virtual Machines, Fabric Controller, Azure Active Directory, Azure Search, and Notification Hub.
  • Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Azure solutions for multiple applications, utilizing the Azure stack, which includes Compute, Web & Mobile, Blobs, Resource Groups, Azure SQL, Cloud Services, and ARM templates. Prioritize high availability, fault tolerance, and auto-scaling.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Azure Cloud Services, covering both Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
  • Manage and utilize tools like Application Insights, Document DB, Internet of Things (IoT), Azure Monitoring, Key Vault, Visual Studio Online (VSO), and SQL Azure.
  • Develop migration strategies for transitioning applications to the cloud.
  • Implement best practices and contribute to the development of backup and recovery procedures for applications and databases in virtualized environments.
  • Design Azure Resource Manager Templates and craft custom PowerShell scripts for custom build steps.
  • Design and execute Cloud Service projects, deploying them to various Azure environments, including Web Apps, PaaS, and IaaS.
  • Configure SQL Server Master Data Services (MDS) within the Windows Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) environment.
  • Manage diverse Azure environments to provision Linux servers and oversee services provided by external providers.
  • Manage hosting plans for Azure Infrastructure, and expertly implement and deploy workloads on Azure virtual machines (VMs).

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
