Responsibilities:

  • Assist teams in removing impediments and understanding the control and release process.
  • Track team velocity and effectively communicating sprint progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Managers and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Coach and providing guidance on Agile principles to a large program with 12 teams.
  • Conduct Triage meetings, Evidence Walkthrough, and sign-off meetings with stakeholders for each project.
  • Organize and facilitating Sprint planning, Daily Stand-up, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum-related activities.
  • Provide operational support for accounts.
  • Manage vendor relationships for IT services provided to key accounts.
  • Lead the PMO and assisting in project setup, capacity planning, resource plan, and project action tracking.
  • Monitor project progress, capturing metrics, conducting research and analysis, and supporting day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Provide financial analysis support and developing insights.
  • Manage program communications and distribution lists.
  • Track and reporting project and account health through regular status updates and reports to leaders.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or advanced educational background equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
