As an Adobe Data Analyst, your role is pivotal in leveraging Adobe Experience Platform and related tools to optimize customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilize your expertise to implement Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) effectively.
  • Implement Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for comprehensive insights into customer interactions.
  • Develop, design, and implement scripting for A/B optimization and experimentation.
  • Work with tools such as Adobe Target, Monetate, and Optimizely to enhance customer experiences.
  • Configure and set up BI dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Provide actionable insights through visually compelling and data-rich dashboards.
  • Utilize Adobe IO to connect to Adobe suite products programmatically.
  • Work with APIs to facilitate seamless integration, using tools like Swagger or API clients like Postman.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Accumulate 5+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on digital analytics development.
  • Have 3+ years of experience working with tag management systems and implementing advertising and tracking pixels.
  • Possess 1+ year of experience managing a team of analysts/developers.
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of JavaScript, HTML, jQuery, JSON, and DOM manipulation.
  • Showcase strong tag management skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug effectively.
  • Understand cloud-based information systems and leverage APIs for reporting automation.

Additional Technical Skills:

  • Possess foundational knowledge of Google Big Query, Node.js, CSS, Python, and Domo.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.

Minimum Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
